Outside food and drink is typically not allowed. However, parties are welcome to bring a cake or dessert for their party. We also offer a full-service cafe, so come hungry! Please ask your location for specific food and drink policies.

Yes! All locations recommend grip socks for safety and cleanliness. KTR is filled with surfaces that can be a slipping hazard with standard socks but become high-traction with some grips! Socks also help us maintain a clean environment for everyone (who likes stinky feet 😷). However, Grip Socks policies vary by location, so check with your to see if they are required.

We have something for everyone. For general weekend play, our average customer age is typically 7-14 Years old. We offer Toddler Time in the mornings for Ages 5 and under. And our skatepark typically serves all ages.

No, each location is privately owned and requires an independent waiver.

Kids That Rip.

No, you can watch for free! But if you want to go play on the floor, you will need a pass.

100% Our skateparks not only allow Scooters but they were designed with them in mind! We also offer Scooter rentals if you want to try out scottering or leave yours at home.

We do partially allow BMX in our facility, please check with your location to see if they offer BMX days, and what days they are allowed.

No reservations are required for general admission, but we recommend booking in advance for parties and group events.

We recommend athletic clothing and grip socks (required for certain activities). Helmets are required for the skatepark, and additional padding and safety gear are recommended.

We get it—planning birthday parties can be overwhelming. That's why we take care of everything for you! From setup to hosting and clean-up, our dedicated party team ensures every detail is handled. You'll get to focus on what matters most—spending time with your child, snapping photos, and making memories you'll cherish forever.

Not at KTR! Our pricing includes everything—full access to our facility, all activities, and all the extras. There's no upselling or surprise charges, so you can relax knowing your party is completely covered from start to finish.

Outside food is not permitted, but we offer various food and drink packages to customize your party experience. Need more to feed the masses? Add ons are available to keep them full and fueled.

If your birthday kiddo wants to celebrate with a sweet treat, we ask that you to bring a cake or cupcakes with you. Don't forget the candles!

All parties are at least 2 hours long, with the option to add extra time.

Absolutely! Chat with your party coordinator prior to your party so they can have all your equipment ready and waiting when you arrive.

Nope! Bring your kiddos, sit back & relax! Your personal Party host will take care of everything for you!

We offer party packages that accommodate up to 50 guests. We say, the more the merrier! Need to upgrade your party package prior to the big day? Just give us a call! Please keep in mind that party packages may differ slightly per location, so always contact us for the details.

There is a lot to do inside of a KTR, so we recommend at least 2 hours!

With the exception of KTR Mesa & KTR Ahwatukee, grip socks are required at all locations. They don't have to be KTR grip socks, they just have to have grips on the bottom.

You are allowed to bring your own cake, however no outside food or drinks allowed.

Yes! We offer corporate events, team-building activities, field trips, and fundraisers. Contact us for custom group rates.

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We have trained staff, safety equipment, and facility guidelines in place to ensure a fun and secure experience.

Parents are welcome to stay and watch, but are not required to remain on-site unless the child is under 5 years old.

We have a Lost & Found, but KTR is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend keeping valuables at home.
