My boys absolutely love this place. We come here often and it's always a blast for them (6 yr old and 23 month old). I have to say that the skateboard instructors are really patient and kind. I also have to comment on how comfortable I feel here because of their rule of no > 1 child per trampoline. This is enforced and I appreciate it.
Jay, and her team on Sunday, are so amazing! Their job can't be easy in such a high energy place with so many kids. But they make sure that their kids feel safe and ARE safe. I feel confident when I take my 6 year old and 8 year old here that their best interests and safety are paramount. Thank you, Jay, for making KTR about the kids!
The equipment and activities were vast and high quality. We came using Pogo Pass. It was well worth the time. Some of the kids are limit testers without supervision and employees are too soft to call them out. Still this was nothing compared with what I've seen at other comparable facilities where parents neglect kids that they haven't taught how to behave in public so no loss of star for this.
