How the KTR
Adventure Started...
Raised in the world of competitive gymnastics, KTR founder Geoff Eaton wanted a different kind of athletic experience for his kids. He envisioned a place where they could learn and compete-where they could become athletes-without the insurmountable pressure of competitive leagues and the often-unstable environment of an outdoor skatepark.
As a young father, Geoff created a program where his children could learn and play. He intentionally developed a curriculum unique to the skateboarding community unlike anything parents and children had ever seen. What began as a backyard skate ramp for his oldest sons, evolved into KTR, a state-of-the-art facility with one-of-a-kind curriculum, offering boys and girls a safe place to come together and thrive at their own pace regardless of abilities.
Our Goal
To be the local hangout where every child-regardless of age, gender or athletic ability-has Freedom to Play, an approach unique to KTR that inspires kids to discover their true potential and challenges them to take their play to the next level through wall-to-wall activity, classes and sports.
